During the course, in 2007, I took part in the first edition of the training program in Object-Oriented Programming, conducted by the Microsoft Innovation Center at Senac Rio Preto.

Serasa by Experian, Expert Developer

Worked as an SRE Specialist during the migration of TEx’s on-premises infrastructure to AWS, with a strong focus on modernization, security, observability, and adapting legacy applications to the cloud environment.

Responsible for adapting legacy systems to the new architecture, including eliminating dependencies on fixed IP addresses across applications and infrastructure. This enabled the environment to fully support DNS-based service resolution, making the applications more compatible with the dynamic nature of cloud infrastructure.

Contributed to improving the observability of Delphi applications, notably by adapting a Delphi–Datadog integration component originally developed for newer versions of the language. This work ensured compatibility with legacy Delphi versions while significantly improving application visibility, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Designed and developed an internal automation tool to securely enable operations that had previously been performed manually in the on-premises environment but were no longer directly accessible after the adoption of stricter AWS security policies. The solution centralized and automated activities such as log retrieval and analysis, application deployments, INI file configuration management, and other operational routines, providing greater autonomy to the development team while standardizing processes and reducing manual effort.

Actively contributed to the modernization of the environment by designing solutions that balanced cloud security and governance requirements with the operational and development needs of legacy systems.

TEx, Expert Developer

Starting as a Senior Developer and quickly ascending to positions of greater responsibility and influence, I stood out for my significant contribution to the integration team, where I took on the responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the integrations of the company's main system.

My expertise resulted in a significant reduction in the queue of integration-related tickets, as well as notable improvements, such as transforming the electronic signature process into an asynchronous routine, eliminating bottlenecks and optimizing the user experience in the main system.

Promoted to Specialist Developer in a short period, I took on high-impact and complex projects. I highlight the optimization of an API using the Redis database, reducing the average latency from 20 seconds to 20 milliseconds, demonstrating my ability to effectively solve critical technical challenges.

Furthermore, I became a reference in the company due to my broad knowledge of the systems, providing support to new developers and responding to emergencies efficiently. The trust placed in me resulted in access to administrative privileges on the servers, allowing me to successfully work in DevOps operations and maintain production environments.

Atma Softwares, System Analyst

I played a fundamental role in the development and maintenance of the Nereus ERP software, as well as in various projects involving integration and enhancement of key functionalities.

I highlight my contribution in integrating PBM programs into the pharmacy module, and the successful integration of the Bematech FIT microterminal into the restaurant segment, demonstrating my ability to connect different systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Furthermore, I led the development and execution of the project to integrate NFC-e (Electronic Consumer Invoice) into the point of sale, as well as the SNGPC module for the pharmaceutical segment, demonstrating my ability to understand and meet the specific demands of different sectors.

One of my highlights was the complete refactoring of data synchronization between the server and the points of sale, resulting in a more efficient and reliable operation. Additionally, I developed a version control system and automatic updates, ensuring the integrity and continuous updating of the software in all environments.

TranSat, Junior Monitoring Assistant

I played an essential role in the operation and management of cutting-edge technologies, including Onixsat, Autotrac, and Rodosis. My role encompassed the monitoring and risk management of cargo vehicles, ensuring the safety and integrity of logistical operations. Additionally, I provided exceptional customer service and support, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust in the company. Operating these advanced technologies, I gained a deep understanding of the systems and processes involved in vehicle and cargo monitoring, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations.

EMPRO, Intern

As an intern, I played a crucial role in maintaining and monitoring computers in the laboratories of municipal schools in São José do Rio Preto. Additionally, I provided technical support and guidance to teachers, public servants, and students on the use of equipment and software provided by the municipality. My contribution was essential to ensuring that technological resources in schools functioned properly, promoting an environment conducive to learning and educational development.
